Our Service Fees

Pricing
Affordable pricing for your inspection is important to us too.  Especially if you're a first time home buyer, all you can see is money gushing out of your pockets.  We try to make that experience as affordable for you as we can with a carefully graduated schedule of fees, set out below.  Keep in mind though, in relation to inspection fees generally, not just ours, that inspection fees represent only about 1/3rd of 1% per $100,000 of house price.  That's good value indeed.

1st Time Buyer Discount         $(25.00)

Call for a quote on all other testing--termite, mold, water, septic tank, infrared, sewer pipe video, and others.
