We want you to be present during every part of the inspection.  We want to explain to you the condition of the systems we encounter, and we want to show you the location of the critical switches and valves that control these systems.  The written report that you will receive will also provide this information, but you will greatly benefit from having seen the actual valves and controls, and having their operation explained to you.  We encourage you to stay with us throughout the inspection.
